    What a find on our way back from Devenport we came across this cafe just outside Frankford and stopped for coffee and a cake. All the baking was home made and excellent coffee was also good and looking at the food that was prepared for other diners it looked good.

    Debbie and Stewart who run the place - Debbie more than Stewart - offer friendly service and lovely food. Been there a few times on special occasions such as birthdays etc. Frankford is a cosy little township it's worth the visit.

    What a wonderful find, While driving to Devonport from Launceston, on the Frankford Highway, we discovered the Blue Berry Barn Cafe. The decor was very country style with solid wooden tables and chairs with a blue and white colour scheme. On the counter was a display of freshly made cakes and cookies and the black board menu behind informed of meals available. Outside was a spacious alfresco area overlooking a pretty garden and farmland. We especially enjoyed the excellent Avanti coffee, the friendly service completed our enjoyment.

    Good food. Good service. Great stop for the N-S cycle tour. Had lunch and breakfast. All perfect.
